Meghan Trainor shared her twin toilet setup in a TikTok and it’s pretty funny
We’re really sorry to be the ones to break it you, but Meghan Trainor has now actually shown the world her much-discussed double toilet setup and that means we need to revisit the bizarre saga of a pair of matching celeb shitters and a brand of marital closeness that apparently makes you want to dump together 4ever.
First, we heard the earth-shattering news that Trainor and husband Daryl Sabara were the proud owners of a pair of side-by-side commodes. Then, we found out that they’ve actually only crapped together once. Now, it’s Twin Toilets: Tokyo Drift and I sincerely hope I’m not cursing us with that joke because then there might be 11 more toilet stories and I think we’ve had enough now. At least this TikTok is hilarious. Trainor sits alone on her side of their lil two-seater staring forlornly at the empty one Sabara usually occupies. Yup. That’s definitely pop star Meghan Trainor, pants off, butt in the seat, filming herself lonely on the throne while Céline Dion’s iconic ballad “All By Myself” plays in the background. These two are clearly very serious about their shitting setup and honestly, you have to admire it.

The info that Trainor and Sabara like to have quality time together on the crapper was originally shared by Trainor’s brother Ryan on Nicole Byer’s “Why Won’t You Date Me” podcast. “You guys are weirdos, bro,” Ryan said. “They poop together! She’s pooping and Daryl’s like, ‘I’m going to go hang out with you now!’”
Trainor blamed new parenthood on the couple’s need for the toilet version of a loveseat. “We just got a new house and we did construction — nobody knows this — but in our bathroom, there was one toilet,” she shared. “A lot of times in the middle of the night when we’re with the baby, we gotta pee at the same time. So I was like, ‘Can we please have two toilets next to each other?’”
Then, she let the world know that actually, they’ve only ever taken synchronized dumps like one time. NBD.
Hopefully now that Trainor has revealed their pooper set-up to the internet, the case will be closed. I don’t think we can take another addition to the franchise not a soul asked for.
