Once a year we all miss Joan Rivers more than usual, when we watch our favorite stars stroll down the Emmys red carpet. Well, this year it’s purple as a nod to all their regal butts, and the styles are not disappointing. The cast of This Is Us is looking AMAZING.

Once a week during the television season this cast makes us sob uncontrollably into our chardonnays, so it’s only fitting they bring some smiles to our faces tonight. The show is nominated in nine categories, so we know we’ll be seeing some wins!

Let start with Chrissy Metz, absolutely killing it in a silver sequin number:

Mandy Moore is throwing some serious candy goddess vibes in Brandon Maxwell and we are feeling it. Can this woman be more perfect? The answer is no.

Milo Ventimiglia hit the purple carpet looking freaking edible as usual. That smirk. Jack — we love you. Don’t go back into the house, dammit!

All other men can go home, because Sterling K. Brown wins everything. My god.

Susan Kelechi Watson was born flawless and has never been anything but flawless and this look is no different. The woman is GORGE-OUS.

Okay, the entire cast is bringing the looks. We can’t decide who’s killing it more, but luckily we don’t have to because we’re used to adoring every single one of these people — most of all Chris Sullivan.
