Prep time: 10 minutes Total: 35 minutes
Ingredients
3 cups cauliflower, shredded
3/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded 1/4 cup parmesan cheese 1 egg
Directions
1. Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit
2. Mix cauliflower, cheddar and parmesan cheese in bowl 3. Add egg and mix 4. Spoon mixture into mini muffin tin 5. Bake for 25 minutes
