WATCH: How To Have an Orgasm
The powerhouse of the female orgasm is constant and persistent stimulation of the clitoris. Not only are orgasms achievable, but multiple orgasms are too! After a woman orgasms, the blood doesn’t flow out of the genitals as quickly as it does for men, which means that women don’t return to the pre-aroused state, but the semi-aroused state, making it easier to get to another orgasm. Beat that, fellas!
Dr. Kerner states that much of the reason women struggle with achieving orgasm is due to stress, anxiety, family issues, parenting, etc. It can be helpful to fantasize before and during sex to alleviate these mental intrusions that can dampen sexual arousal and interfere with orgasms.
Communication with your partner is very important when getting over the difficulty of achieving an orgasm. Talking about sex and using the right language triggers the process of arousal and will lead to the right kind of sex for your body. So talk about sex and get in a position that works for you.
Happy orgasms!
