Bryn has a BA in Journalism from George Washington University, as well as a JD from Seattle University School of Law, but for the past decade has been focused on neither of those things, instead acting as a Recruiting Leader for global tech and insurance companies. But, shortly after her son was born, she decided to leave the corporate world and pursue her dream of writing full-time. So, when she’s not freelancing for Scary Mommy, you’ll find her in her PJs, hunched over her laptop, living the dream (her’s, at least) writing cozy murder mysteries that take place in the Pacific Northwest.

When she’s not writing about murder, or being a mom, you’ll find Bryn adventuring with her family, curled up with a good book, or eating something that probably contains lots of cheese.
