Prince Harry And Meghan Markle’s Engagement Photos Are As Adorable As You’d Expect
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle release gorgeous engagement photos
The world has been swooning over Prince Harry and his new fiancee Meghan Markle’s adorable relationship ever since they announced their engagement last month. Now, the Palace has released official engagement portraits — and they’re absolutely stunning.
Kenginston Palace shared the photos of the Prince and his future bride, taken at Frogmore House in Windsor earlier this week by famed photographer Alexi Lubomirski.
Of course, they’re ridiculously perfect. The first photo features the couple posed on a set of stairs with Markle rocking a gorgeous formal gown and her husband-to-be wearing a stylish blue suit.
The ring features prominently in both official images, and why shouldn’t it? Its beauty is freaking blinding, and Prince Harry helped create it using stones from his mother, Princess Diana’s, personal collection.
“It was an incredible honour to be asked to document this wonderful event, but also a great privilege to be invited to share and be a witness to this young couple’s love for one another,” Lubomirski said in a statement released by Kensington Palace. “I cannot help but smile when I look at the photos that we took of them, such was their happiness together.”
Oh look. True love. It appears the prince has his jacket partly around Markle in this black and white shot, and they seem so cozy together. They pretty much look like a couple from the stock image in a picture frame, only better.
And as if those two perfect pics weren’t enough, the pair let us see one more. “As a way to say thank you, they have decided to share this candid photograph from the day of their portrait sittings directly with all of you,” Kensington Palace said in a statement. “The couple are so grateful for the warm and generous messages they have received during such a happy time in their lives.”
Their love is so obvious just from these photos, we’re going to be sighing until the wedding, which is May 19 of next year.
Not that I’m counting or anything.
