If your kids are anything like ours, getting them to eat veggies is almost impossible. You’d think a carrot stick is like a razor blade. Introducing broccoli bites. The easiest way to trick your kid into eating something healthy.

Makes: 12-15
Prep time: 10 minutes Total: 35 minutes
Ingredients
1 cup cooked rice
1/2 cup broccoli broken into small pieces 1/4 cup cheddar cheese 1/4 cup parmesean cheese 1 Egg Salt and pepper to taste Bread crumbs for coating
Directions
1. Pre-heat oven to 390 degrees Fahrenheit
2. Mix rice, broccoli, cheeses and egg in bowl 3. Roll mixture into balls 4. Place on cookie sheet 5. Bake for 25 minutes at 390 degrees Fahrenheit
