Ingredients
Non-stick cooking spray
Pancake batter (4 cups dry ingredients) 2 bananas, sliced and divided 1 cup blueberries, divided 1 cup strawberries, quartered and divided
for garnish:
butter, room temperature maple syrup powdered sugar
Directions
1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F
2. Prepare pancake batter to box instructions (use 4 cups of dry ingredients, doubling the box recipe) 3. Spray the sheet tray with non stick cooking spray 4. Pour the pancake batter evenly into prepared sheet pan 5. Add half of bananas, blueberries and strawberries over the batter 6. Bake for 9 minutes 7. Remove from the oven and add the remaining bananas and berries 8. Return to the oven to bake for an additional 5 minutes 9. Broil for 20 seconds to get the top golden brown top 10. Cool and cut into squares 11. Serve with butter, maple syrup and powdered sugar
