Ingredients: 1/4 cup salted butter; melted, 1/2 cup Greek yogurt; vanilla flavored, 2 whole eggs, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla extract, 1 cup Kodiak Cakes Cinnamon Oat Power Cakes, 1 cup chopped apples; skin removed about 2 small apples, 2 Tbsp. maple syrup. For the Cinnamon Glaze: 2 cups powdered sugar, 1/4 cup whole milk, 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon.

[Apple Cinnamon Oat Bread continued]
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees In a large bowl, stir all bread ingredients (except the apples) together until smooth. Fold in the apple chunks until combined. Do not over mix. Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown. To make the cinnamon glaze, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and cinnamon until the icing is smooth. Spread or drizzle over the cooled bread to your liking. Slice and enjoy!
Ingredients: 2 1/4 cup all-purpose flour, 2 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon, 1/8 teaspoons ground nutmeg, 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 cup cold unsalted butter cut in cubes, 1 whole egg, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 2 tablespoons granulated sugar, 1/2 cup buttermilk, 1 cup peeled and chopped apple I used Granny Smith. [Apple Cinnamon Scones continued]
Instructions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking or cookie sheet with parchment paper or silpat mat. In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients besides the butter and sugars. Add the cubed cold butter to the dry ingredients and mix together with a pastry cutter or pastry blender. Cut the butter until the flour mixture forms coarse crumbs. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the sugars and wet ingredients until combined. Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture, then add the apples, and stir with a wooden spoon or spatula just until a dough is formed. Place the dough onto a lightly floured surface and fold the dough just until combined in a ball. Gently flatten the dough ball with your hands or a rolling pin.

[Apple Cinnamon Scones continued]
If dough appears sticky, add more flour to the surface. Roll the dough out to 9-10 inch diameter circle. Cut into 8 triangles using a sharp knife or bench scraper. Place the scones on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 16-20 minutes, or just until lightly browned on the top. To make the glaze, combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until smooth. Add more powdered sugar if the glaze appears too thin, or add more milk if it appears too thin. Spread the glaze on top of each scone once cooled. Enjoy!

Instructions: Beat the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon together. Add milk, eggs, apples, and applesauce. Fry scoops of the mixture into a skillet with oil and make sure they’re golden brown before scooping out. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.

Instructions: Cut the bread into cubes and place it on a baking sheet. Cook butter, onions, and celery in a heated pan. Add apples along with sage, thyme, and salt. [Applesauce Cake continued]
Instructions: Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, apple pie spice, sugar, and brown sugar together. Add applesauce, oil, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract. Whisk until even, mix in the chopped walnuts, and pour into baking pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool, then serve. (Icing) Mix butter, powdered sugar, maple syrup, vanilla, salt, and heavy cream together in a heated pan until fluffy. Spread over the cake and serve.

Instructions: Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Add milk, eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract, and grated apple together. Spoon the batter into the greased donut pans. Bake for 7 minutes. Dust cinnamon sugar mixture on donuts. Mix sugar, cinnamon, and butter in a bowl. Dip baked treats into the mixture, then serve.

[Slow-Cooked Pumpkin Apple Cobbler continued]
Instructions: Combine apples, cranberries, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla together. Add cream, butter, and brown sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and pumpkin. In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Combine with pumpkin mixture and cook until simmering. Let sit for four hours, then serve with ice cream.

Instructions: Add butter, pecans, brown sugar, and molasses into a heated pan. Layer with apple slices. Pour mixture into gingerbread crust and bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Cool, then serve with warm applesauce.

[Apple Scalloped Potatoes continued]
Instructions: Mix apple slices, sugar, and lemon juice together in a heated pan. Add onions and layer potatoes and apple slices in the skillet. Top with Parmesan cheese, cream, thyme, salt, and pepper. Bake mixture for 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with cooked bacon bits and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with parsley.
