Instructions: Cut the bread into cubes and place it on a baking sheet. Cook butter, onions, and celery in a heated pan. Add apples along with sage, thyme, and salt. Pour chicken broth into the pot until it simmers. Add dried cranberries, bread cubes, and parsley. Transfer mixture to baking pan and cook at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Serve.

[Applesauce Cake continued]
Instructions: Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, apple pie spice, sugar, and brown sugar together. Add applesauce, oil, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract. Whisk until even, mix in the chopped walnuts, and pour into baking pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool, then serve. (Icing) Mix butter, powdered sugar, maple syrup, vanilla, salt, and heavy cream together in a heated pan until fluffy. Spread over the cake and serve.

[Slow-Cooked Pumpkin Apple Cobbler continued]
Instructions: Combine apples, cranberries, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla together. Add cream, butter, and brown sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and pumpkin. In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Combine with pumpkin mixture and cook until simmering. Let sit for four hours, then serve with ice cream.

Instructions: Mix apple slices, sugar, and lemon juice together in a heated pan. Add onions and layer potatoes and apple slices in the skillet.
